This is an extremely complicated situation, as approximately $9 million (in today’s value) of real estate was illegally bought, sold, and transferred in my name by the Nielsens. They then proceeded to make false allegations after being confronted about the identity fraud and banking activities conducted in my name.
The Crown continued to move forward on those false allegations for nearly two calendar years after receiving exculpatory evidence proving they were false, while failing to investigate the identity fraud and trust fraud. As well, the RCMP engaged in gross misconduct through the search and seizure of planted evidence by the Nielsen’s which was obtained by the Nielsens by illegally breaking and entering into my home when out of country and their refusal to return my property after my innocence was established.

Yes, there was EXTREME theft, but the real crime here is the violation of my Human Rights as I was a prisoner of the Nielsen's for 38 years. Only by the Grace of God have I escaped their control and been given a second chance at life.
