Hydrosols.... what would I do without you! My morning go to for nontoxic body products! Used similarly to essential oils. A hydrosol can be made from a plant, herb, or flower. It is essentially the water left over in the steam distillation process of creating essential oils. Each plant, flower or herb offers its own healing benefits and vibrations.

How to use? After showering or bathing I enjoy spraying myself from head to toe before applying any oils or moisturizer. 🌿Things to look for when buying Hydrosols? Look for Organic products with no added chemicals or additional products. I buy all of mine from @mountainroseherbs
