ABOUT AFFIRMATIONS
Affirmations are an important step in manifestation. They’re about writing down what you want in your life.
You see, you are a creator in your life. Everything that you desire, you can get. You are the creator of your own life. So start writing affirmations
to tell the universe how to fill up your life. It is
completely within your control.
I like to explain it this way. Imagine the universe is back in the kitchen and you're sitting in a restaurant. You just need to look at the menu and order what you want. It's totally up to you! Then your order goes back and it's brought back to you as you ordered it.
Everything you think about doing, you can do -- with sending an order.
My favourite post-it says, “do your part, the universe will do the rest.” That is the truth.
It’s not that you can simply write an affirmation and everything will happen for you. It’s all about aligning your energy to your intentions. So you do have to work – keeping your energy aligned to your affirmations each day. But if you do that, you can have anything you
want. You do the work and the universe will bring you all the opportunities.
There are a lot of ways you can write affirmations. In this booklet, I’ve provided many examples. As you’ll see, they can be so much more than simply, “I am healthy.”
When you create your affirmations, I also encourage you to say them out loud. Then say them out loud again any time that you look at them. I personally add this afterwards: “It came to pass as it was spoken.”
Saying your affirmations out loud actively brings them to life.
