I'm midway through a 30 books in 30 days book challenge. What is the-best thing I have learned so far? An analogy about how Trust is built. Brene Brown @Beene brown in Dare to Lead says that trust is not earned in big moments and really grand gestures, yet it is built over years through small gestures and moments. When your friends remember small details about your life, when secrets are kept, and through genuine care and connection. Her Marble Jar analogy is that, imagine your friends holding jars. And every time there is a moment of genuine connection, love or trust, you add a marble to the jar, and when there are actions, words or experiences that don’t feel good, you remove a marble. Whichever friends are holding the full jars, those are who you should trust. 👇🏻 Tag your best friend that you trust
