Europe, you have stolen my heart via food! I have been in absolute heaven in Europe. The scenery has been magical, the hotels have been unforgettable, the men are gentleman, and I CAN EAT ANYTHING I WANT HERE! At home, I am so restricted in what I can eat because everything gives me a stomach ache. Ok, maybe not EVERYTHING, but everything I love. Cheese, meats, bread, I can't digest any of these things at home, and when I do eat them, I pay a stiff price! Not in Europe though! When I was heading over, I had many people tell me ' The food is different in Europe.' Of course being me, I had to test this theory. I put the food to the test, one by one I tested the foods that cause me pain at home, and one by one they all passed the test except for eggs. I guess I need to make peace with the fact that Eggs just won't ever be in my future :( I ate cheese, and all sorts of meats, and baread, I had quinoa and rice, and not a single thing gave me any bloating, discomfort or pain!
