The trick of time! Nothing exists except the moment you are in - the rest is all an illusion. When you think of the past you are simply bringing it back to life into the future - it is already gone. AND if you REALLY think about this - if you are able to bring the past into the present moment - does that not explain why visioning the future works? It's the same concept. You bring to life what you think about - time is not real. It's over once it arrived and it does not exist until its creation. You really only have the present moment - You choose how you think of time and how you will experience it!
