It’s actually the NORMAL cycle. So next time you feel like you don’t have balance in your life - know that, that is normal! Balance is not possible - maybe for a glimpse of a moment - but the second you put anything in life into order, it will naturally move to disorder. Our goal is not to find a perfect balance, for if this is your goal - it will never be achieved. And why would you want to chase something that is not achievable? Instead, figure out what matters to you and put all your energy into those things. Find out what and who means the most to you and grow and enhance those areas. Need to let some areas fall into disorder? That’s ok! You’ll achieve what you want when you get focused on what you want and stop trying to have your entire life ‘balanced.’
