Don’t Miss Your Calling When It Comes
Life is a journey. We all have a calling, that one thing we are meant to do that will fulļ¬ll us and give us a sense of purpose. Unfortunately, many people go through life without ever ļ¬nding their calling. They may have a passion for something, an idea they believe could change the world, but they are too afraid to pursue it. They settle for a life of mediocrity, never quite satisļ¬ed, always wondering what could have been.
If you are lucky enough to ļ¬nd that one thing you would give everything else up for, don't let it slip away. Don't be someone with a brilliant idea, but never act on it. Life is too short to waste it on anything less than your passion. When you ļ¬nd your calling, a light bulb goes oļ¬ in your head. You suddenly have clarity and purpose, and nothing else matters.
But ļ¬nding your calling is only half the battle. The other half is walking your path out. Pursuing your passion requires hard work, dedication, and sacriļ¬ce. It won't always be easy, but it will always be worth it.
When you do what you love, you will never feel like you are working. You will wake up daily with a sense of purpose and joy, knowing you are making a diļ¬erence in the world.
In the Game of Life, the ultimate goal is to ļ¬nd your calling and walk your path out. Don't let fear, doubt, or uncertainty hold you back. When your calling comes, grab it and hold on for dear life. Trust yourself, trust your instincts, and trust that the Universe has a plan for you. It may not always be easy, but it will always be worth it. Don't miss your calling when it comes!
The courageous often ask the blind for advice and then turn around discouraged. What do I mean by that? If you are a visionary in life, that means you see the impossible as possible. You see ideas and possibilities that have never existed before. Why would you ask someone who has never been where you are going for advice?
This is what they mean in business when they say don't ask the blind for the path. It is analogous to demonstrate how one can lead where they have never been.
If you are lucky enough to have a vision for the future, know that if you see it, it is possible. If you see it in your head, you can hold it in your hand! Period! Move forward with faith and thank God/Universe for gifting you with sight that no one else can see.
I spent the ļ¬rst half of my life trying to become, and now the game is to unbecome everything.
Soul Work
There are two parts to the equation. One, you must become who you are becoming, and secondly you must release the past. I had always thought it was the other way around. Typically, we are taught to make 'space' for the new to come in, but walking has been its opposite. Once the new manifests is when one is left with no option but to push the last of the old out. There’s no room for both versions. The new version eventually suļ¬ocates the old one.
