Cleanse With Water
When emotions are heavy, cleansing with water can provide great relief. A cold shower or a soak in a hot salt bath will help cleanse that feeling of being uncomfortable in your skin. When writing, I would have four to five cold showers a day. By washing myself with cold water, I could imagine washing away all of what had come up and out of me. Salt baths are also a quick and easy way to cleanse.
Keep A Journal
When you need to think something through, get your pen out and journal. You don't need to know what you will write, simply put the pen to the paper and see what comes out.
Spend Time In Nature
Nature and fresh air are always a good idea - especially when your Soul asks for soothing.
Turn Off Social Media
No explanation needed.
