How To Send Instructions

Everything has energy. Everything we are doing is sending out energy in some form. There is always energy in circulation all around us, and through us. All of it carries a force and a power. All of it creates a cause and effect.

As I mentioned before, the Law of Attraction is always at play. It is the attractive, magnetic power of the Universe and believed by many to be a universal law.

One way we send instructions is through the energetic vibration of what we say, how we say it, and what we think. The Law of Attraction is always at work. It is responding to our thoughts, our words. EVERYTHING. The energy of what you are sending is matched, like a magnet. Whatever is coming back to you is because of the energy you put out. The Universe matched it.

A Course in Miracles explains it this way: our expectations are our invitations. Basically, whatever we expect is what we are inviting into our lives. When we send our energy out into the world, through our thoughts, we get back a reflection of what we send out, be it positive or negative. This CAN be a powerful force IF you use it to your positive advantage.

Likewise, each word you speak literally creates an energetic field around you. It’s a force to be reckoned with once it enters the world. In fact, even individual letters and vowels have energetic fields when spoken out loud.

Putting pictures on a vision board is another way you can send instructions. The pictures on the board focuses your energy onto something in the physical world and gives the Universe an area of focus for its energetic response.

The important thing to know now is that we are always sending out energy, and the Universe is always responding to this as a type of instruction, matching it energetically. Sometimes, the responses are surprising. This often happens when you aren’t clear or specific enough with your instructions. Next, I’ll talk about sending clear instructions.
