What exactly is a vision board? Also known as a dream board or goal board, it is basically a collage of images and/or words used as a visualization too. Creating a sacred space that displays what you want actually does bring it to life. What we focus on expands. When you create a vision board and place it in a space where you see it often, you essentially end up doing short visualization exercises throughout the day. When creating a vision board, take a moment of self-reflection and figure out what’s most important to you. At Soul Renovation we like to use RESPECT to guide our board.
