I absolutely love getting new products, these ones are some of my favorites​. It's a great way to get in my greens!

Supplement Unboxing - Amazing greens, vital proteins, mountain rose herbs

I got some fun new products sent to me when I came home from my trip and I want to share them with you guys because I've been using them and they're so yummy!
I received all of the amazing greens' new products -the belly Elixir and the green superfood detox and digest.
The Belly Elixir is made out of wheatgrass, barley grass, Alfalfa, Ashawagda (adaptogen), Rishi (adaptogen), and cordyceps (adaptogen), Schisandra (anti-aging), Mucuna (makes dopamine) Ginger (great for inflammation), Astralgus (grows Telomeres) and Tumeric. Watch out for Tumeric if you are having any issues with your hair, Tumeric can block your absorption of iron. Holy basil (Adaptogen).
I'm going to put this in with the green superfoods. These products are gluten-free, with No sugar added plant-based and non-GMO. This would be surprising to you, but please check to make sure there's no Sugar in Your Greens you'd be surprised how many Brands put it in. It's actually scary. So I'm not going to read these all out with check out this blend. When you're taking a lot of herbs, a lot of herbs are diuretics, especially a lot of the green herbs and these are going to make you leech out the potassium. You’ll want to check you're​ getting enough potassium in your diet. The only way to know if your levels of potassium are ok is by testing them with a doctor.
