Instagram versus reality
Living in the forest is hard.
So funny story. So my house runs on fuel… yup fuel and a septic field believe it or not and a major city like Vancouver. The catch is you gotta put fuel in the fuel tank. So I have no heat and I'm not going to have heat for eight days. So I'm sitting here trying to figure out how to build a fire.
Apparently, you can't just get a diesel truck to come to fill up your house whenever you want. I am learning a lot of lessons living alone. ANDDD to add to my list of skills I've learned from YouTube….I now know how to make a fire. Better yet, I've learned to make a fire and burn lavender in it! My home now smells amazing!
