Wasting time worrying - Life is all about how you handle the shit before the shift. How often do we loose our cool over things that don’t matter? Or even worse waste time worrying about things that don’t matter or may not even ever happen. ‘Our greatest fears are our greatest wastes of time. Envision your challenges from the future, Look back at them from a place of victory and they will lose their power to paralyze you.’ When you are faced with a challenge, ask yourself ‘ will this matter in 5 years?’ If not, don’t invest emotional energy into the situation, stay calm, figure out your steps to resolve the problem and just take action.
