Here’s how you can start this practice:
- Get a Journal: Keep a journal or notebook by your bedside. Every night before you go to bed, write down all your wins from the day. From waking up on time to finishing that green juice or even clearing a pile of paperwork—everything counts as a win.
- Close Open Loops: Pay attention to those little things that have been bothering you, like a fire alarm that needs a new battery or clutter on your desk.
