Declaration: A formal or explicit statement or announcement—the formal announcement of the beginning of a state or condition.

How to Make a Declaration

A declaration is simple: it should be signed, dated, and feature your direct intention. By stating and declaring it, you create a contract with yourself.

Examples of Declarations:

1. Declaration to Allow Rest:
   "I, Adeline Atlas, declare that I give myself permission to become an eleven-times Best-Selling author."
2. Declaration of Purpose:
   "I know I have the ability to achieve the object of my Definite Purpose in life; therefore, I DEMAND of myself persistent continuous action toward its attainment, and I here and now promise to render such action."
