Steps to Break Down the Project:

I did not know how to publish a book series. The thought was daunting, to say the least, not to mention I had eleven books planned. So, I broke my goal down into these steps for my roadmap:

1. Create the outline—all chapter sections and lesson titles.
2. Fill in the chapters and lesson titles.
3. Hire an editor.
4. Hire a filming company.
5. Film the sections.
6. Design workbooks.
7. Package all content together.
   = BOOM, CROSS THE FINISH LINE.

Then, when I looked at step one and thought, All I have to do is fill out the titles, I said, "OK, great, I can fill out titles." That is not overwhelming. Done, OK, next. And next, and so on. I didn't need to look or focus on the rest of the list because I can’t even do those things until the first level is crossed off. I didn't need to think about publishing a book series; I only had to think about filling out titles, then the next step.
