Philosophy of Time

Time is your most valuable resource—more precious than money or any material possession. It's finite, it's irreplaceable, and it's always ticking away. In this session, you're going to dive deep into overstanding the true weight of your moments and how to use your time wisely. I'll share some personal stories and insights that have shaped my philosophy on time, showing you how to see it not just as a measurement but as the most significant asset in your Game of Life.

Here is a personal journal entry of mine I recently wrote:

A rare sighting of me outside soaking in the sun ☀️This girl needs a tan after that long haul! 1460 days straight on the computer and BAM you have a book series! Life is such a magical Game—when you arrive you are all essentially handed a time allocation, an allotment of time, and you are in control of how you use it. Think of it like this—when you're born, just like a character in a video game, you have a stat level of the number of days and hours you will walk this Earth (in this lifetime). What do you want to spend it on? Noticed I used the word want. Don’t use your time doing what they say you “should” do, use it to do what YOU want to do. It is YOUR time after all! When the timer goes off in the end, it’s Game over. Many thought I was crazy for sitting inside alone for 4 years, but look at what I created!!!! Sure, I missed out on a lot. And I’m making up for that now WITH my book in my hand. So did I really miss out on anything? Let me tell you, life feels a lot better walking around holding my dream in my hand. —Adeline Atlas

Time is your greatest resource and your greatest gift. Like all things you don't have to earn, you often don’t fully grasp what a generous offering it is. Life is finite. The clock does not run forever, and one day, your clock stops. Time is a great gift, and it is limited. You are all on Earth for a limited number of seconds and, most importantly, moments. You don’t have an eternity. If you want to reach your goals, you need to use your moments wisely.

Time is only on your side in the beginning. As a result, it’s important to be aware of and capitalize on the time you have. I want to get you to think about this resource on an entirely different level. Time is a limited resource that is running lower second by second. I don’t tell you this to scare you or be negative. Instead, I want to help you have one of those A-HA moments about time’s importance and lead you to more inspired action.
