Learn New Skills
If you want to draw people and opportunities in with your powers, learning is a quick way to match the frequency of what you want to create. Learning is earning in so many ways.
When I was younger, I dated a guy who gave me the best advice. He told me, “If there's one thing you do for the rest of your life, it should be reading The Economist.” I started listening to The Economist every week. As a result, I have become well-versed in a lot of diverse subjects that have served me well in my Game. Specifically, all those years of listening to The Economist helped me collect a lot of knowledge pieces I talk about in this series. More broadly, it’s helped me on many personal and professional levels.
You may think reading and learning just helps you get a better job or gain a certification. Of course, that's one way learning can help you in your career and your formal education. It’s so much more than that, though. It has served me well in meeting who I need to know in life and prepared me for when the right people are around. I am now confident talking about a wide range of topics and have been able to have intelligent conversations with a varied set of people in many situations. My time spent reading The Economist on a regular basis has directly served me in countless situations. I have gained a lot of great mentors by simply raising my vibration through learning. This has attracted the right people into my life. When you do the same, you will see your Game naturally elevate you into being the type of person who is around these types of people.
Society conditions you to think your value lies in how you look. The truth is, you can build your value in so many ways that do not include how you look. These are much more sustainable. If your goal in life is to be successful, it is far more practical to place a greater value on your intelligence and on what you can learn. This helps you attract the right kind of people into your life. Personally, I want people to value me for my knowledge. This allows me to move forward around the right people in my Game. Knowledge is a much greater asset to your character than appearance. It can set you up to earn more and attract opportunities and people that match where you are going. Appearance can’t do that.
Even if you work a nine-to-five job, you can set yourself up for success by gaining knowledge and learning more skills. Just because you're in a nine-to-five job doesn't mean it can’t still help you. You can rise within your organization or gain connections with other companies that set you up for career advancement. Learning and gaining knowledge can serve you in more ways than you know. They will bring you so much more of the important resources and opportunities you need to win.
