Take Time Seriously

Time is your most precious resource. It is worth more than anything you can touch in your physical world. I told you my story to help land this point. Your time is a very limited, non-renewable resource. It will run out. The day will come when you realize you have no more time. You 100 percent need to start taking time very seriously. Making poor use of this resource is the most wasteful thing you can do in your life. You’re wasteful every moment you think you have more of this precious resource than you actually have and are not mindful of it. Don’t fall into this trap.

It is your job, your greatest responsibility, to become a master of your time. Used wisely, you’ll be able to leverage it to fully express your soul’s purpose. You must reframe the value of your time when you adopt the perspective of life as a Game. To reframe means to adjust and set new meaning to a concept or perspective. When you reframe a perspective, you choose to see something in a new way. You feed yourself a new story about something you already know. Whatever meaning you previously adopted was created by you or fed to you. A reframe is a chance for you to recreate the meaning and feed yourself a new story. Now, you are going to reframe time as a precious resource. You must establish a strong connection with time and appreciate how finite it is.

Even if you haven’t been mindful of time, I have good news for you. You can start TODAY. From now on, how you use your time is a choice. It’s your choice. You can become mindful of it and learn how to hack it so every second works for you. You can choose to no longer take it for granted. Once you fully overstand time, you can use it to your advantage. You can also use hacks to expand your resources, including time.
