How to Create a Free Lead Magnet Flow Using Stan Store

Hi Queens, welcome back to the School of Soul: The Social Series. I’m Adeline Atlas, and today I’m going to show you how to create a full Lead Magnet Flow inside your Stan Store — so you can turn strangers into subscribers, and subscribers into buyers.

First — what is a Lead Magnet Flow?

A Lead Magnet is a free offer that pulls people into your world.
 It’s usually something quick and valuable — like:

  • A free guide
  • A checklist
  • A mini video training
  • A toolkit or starter pack

 

A Flow means setting it up so when someone claims the freebie, you collect their email, deliver the value, and start building the relationship that can later turn into a sale.

Here’s exactly how to create it inside Stan:

Step 1: Create Your Freebie Offer.

Inside your Stan dashboard, click Add New Offer and choose "Freebie."

Upload your digital freebie:

  • A PDF
  • A video link
  • A starter guide — whatever you're offering

Name your freebie clearly.
 Example:

  • “5 Story Scripts That Sell”
  • “Content Calendar Starter Kit”

In the description, tell them quickly what they're getting and why it’s valuable.

Step 2: Set Up Email Collection.

Stan will automatically capture emails when someone claims your freebie — but make sure you have it turned ON inside the freebie settings.

Now you’re not just giving value — you’re building a real list.

Step 3: Write a Follow-Up Email (Optional But Smart).

Inside Stan, you can set up an Auto-Responder Email for your freebie.

Write a short, warm follow-up that:

  • Thanks them for downloading
  • Reminds them what’s inside
  • Hints at your paid offer

Example: "Hey Queen, your Freebie is ready! Make sure you check out the Bonus Offer waiting for you inside. πŸ”₯"

This keeps the conversation going after they grab the freebie.

Step 4: Connect a Paid Offer (Optional But Highly Recommended).

In the Freebie Settings, you can attach a Thank You Page Offer.

This is where you offer a low-ticket product right after they grab the freebie — like:

  • A $17 template bundle
  • A $27 mini-course
  • A $47 strategy session

This method is often called a Tripwire Offer — a small paid offer that shows right after they get the freebie.

Not everyone will buy — but even a few sales turn your freebie flow into a cash flow.

Step 5: Publish Your Freebie and Start Promoting It.

Once your freebie and follow-up email are ready, click Publish.

Now you can:

  • Link the freebie in your Instagram bio
  • Share it in Stories with a call-to-action
  • Mention it at the end of your posts or Reels

The more people who grab your freebie, the bigger your list — and the more future buyers you have.
