I say yes to almost everything. I mean why not? You never know what experience you may enjoy if you don’t try it. When I heard the Yoga Studio @maayoga was doing a Gong Bath... I was in! I called my mom up and a few of my favorite girls to rally a group. We arrived at 8 pm and stayed until 5 am. Sleep wasn’t exactly what I would have called it, it was more like entering into a trance. All night the gongs were played, loudly. I wasn’t sure if I was awake or asleep. Yet all evening, random thoughts and downloads were filling my mind. It felt something like an emotional purge mixed with a psychedelic experience ( no there were no actual drugs involved). I didn’t realize the effects right away, but the following week's​ habits and behaviors I have been fighting for weeks/ years have suddenly disappeared with no resistance or work... sign me up for the next Gong Bath! It was life-changing.
