Shrooms... yup shrooms! Lol, I'm not going to get over saying that for a while.
Today's video features Mushroom coffee by Four Sigmatic. We're about to head off to the Zac Brown Band concert (one of my absolute FAVS), but first, I am going to make a quick health drink as we will be having some actually drinks at the concert.
First I will use schizandra berry which is FANTASTIC for your skin! Cordyceps for energy, Mucuna for dopamine production, and mood. Did the drink taste good? Nope. Was it good for me? Yup! And that’s all that matters!
