How I Executed this Change
- Set the Vision
I got clear on what belonged in my future and what didn’t. I asked myself: What is my future self aligned with? What deserves my time and energy? What’s truly worth occupying my mental real estate? - Took Inventory
I reviewed everything—social platforms, podcasts, music, channels, and yes, even songs. (Especially songs you sing out loud—they hold power!) I also evaluated everyone who had access to me, focusing on those close enough to speak into my life. - Measured Everything
I assessed every influence with one key question: “Is this helping or hindering the creation of the reality I’m choosing?” - Created Space for Grace
Once I cleared out what didn’t align, I started feeding myself the story I wanted—my finish line, my desired reality. - Analyzed Each Aspect of My Life
I took time to reflect on exactly what I wanted in every area of my life. - Wrote Specific Affirmations
I crafted clear, detailed affirmations to describe exactly what I was “ordering” from the Universe. - Recorded My Affirmations
Using my iPhone, I recorded these affirmations as a voice memo. - Replayed and Reinforced
I played the affirmations on repeat, listening to them constantly—even while I slept—until I began to see the words manifest in my life. - Made Regular Adjustments
I review my progress at least once a month. Adjustments are constant because the more you focus on your plan and vision, the more it expands.
