History of "I AM"
Ask and you shall receive—"Open thy mouth wide, and I will fill it." - Psalm 80:11
All affirmations should be written as I AM statements. And there is a purpose to this—words ARE keys. There is a long history of secret words providing access to something desired. Words act like keys—saying the right words can unlock specific results.
Remember the famous phrase 'Abracadabra' often heard in magic tricks? Similarly, the words you choose to say matter greatly in the manifestation process. The KEY to creation with your words is “I AM.”
The phrase "I am that I am" originates from Hebrew and holds profound POWER.
In Hebrew the word Ehyeh (אֶהְיֶה) is the first person singular imperfective form of hayah (הָיָה), which means "to be," meaning "I am that I am," which can also be translated as "I am who I am," "I will become what I choose to become," "I am what I am," "I will be what I will be," "I create what(ever) I create,"
"I am that I am." - Exodus 3:14
Words have the power to magnify and solidify your intentions. Anything you put after I AM will come to be. If you summon it, it will come running. This goes for positive and negative. If you claim you are fit, healthy, and lean, you will be just that. Just as many go around looking in the mirror calling themselves ‘overweight ' with not such nice words and then wonder why they aren't losing weight no matter how much exercise and healthy eating they do. Language plays a crucial role in the manifestation process. The phrase "I AM" is the number one phrase you can use to manifest upon reality and harness Source Energy to create what you desire to have, be, or experience.
