Your Premier Life Sentence
“You awake each morning and go off during the weekdays to earn your living at various jobs and undertakings until you come to the weekend. However, more people die between 6:00 and 9:00 a.m. on a Monday morning than any other time of the week. So I do what I call a translation of the English language and I spell that TRANCE with the idea that words cast spells. So when you trance-late that life sentence, you remember that a wake is a funeral party for the dead. Mourning is the state you're in when you attend a wake. You would have to be in a weak daze to earn your living since urns are bases for the ashes of the dead. You call your job undertakings as you race to meet deadlines. Job itself is the Hebrew word for persecuted. What you get at the end of this perverse bargain with life is the weekend. You get the weak-end to try to reconnect ourselves but you're running on a treadmill, You're running in circles. We greet each other with a very dour salutation, which is hello, and if you just reverse the syllables it is o'hell. And that is where you are through your own creation. We speak into existence the very nightmares that are inscribed in the language; however, You also overlooked that there are direct messages of wisdom that are also available in ordinary words.” - Laurel Erica
