Personal Story:
You’ve learned that words cast and they can curse. They can create reality, good or bad, upon yourself or be spoken onto your life by others. There is a caveat, and you always have control, even when another is trying to curse you with their words. "A curse without cause will not stand" is a well-known caveat in the spiritual realm and applicable to all magic—including word magic—but not limited to it. This theory is consistent across all forms of spiritual attack.

In Volume: Free Me, you will learn in-depth all the ways others can spiritually attack you, how to recognize it, and what to do about it. But the principle remains: a curse without cause will not stand—period—in Spiritual Law. If you do not have open doors, nothing can enter that you do not summon yourself. Curses of the mouth only land on the deserving.

For example, take what happened to me in my “hometown.” I was the target of an extensive smear campaign—an extreme form of organized gossip. Gossip and smear campaigns are word curses others try to place onto your life in order to defame your character. That’s why you call it "character assassination." They aim to destroy you with their words—wow, I know.

Smear campaigns and gossip are low-level magic used by those who manipulate reality because they can’t manifest it. And how do you know it is low-level magic? Because they need a group against one to conduct a smear campaign. Simple, reductive thinking tells you they are not powerful with their words or manifesting abilities, or they wouldn’t need to group up to manipulate reality to take one person down.

But because I was not any of the things they were saying, the Universe let it play out, showed me people’s true colors, moved me away from them and out of the area, and then elevated my career to crazy new heights—ironically through my books and their subjects, which my hometown used to call me crazy for talking about. The same thing I was mocked for, I became famous for.

BUT* none of what was said STUCK to me or my character. All that stuck was the illumination of those who came for someone who was just different but not up to anything bad. I wasn’t sinning anywhere in my life and did not have any open doors for their curses to land with cause—just like in courts of law in the physical world, they must show cause, or no charge can be assigned. And because of that, their words said more about them than they did about me.

Ultimately, it ended with them being embarrassed and humiliated as my star rose. The humiliation ritual had to return somewhere (we’ll get into what a humiliation ritual is in Volume: Free Me). Any curse that cannot land will be returned by default. Energy cannot be destroyed or created, only circulated and transmuted. Once someone creates with their energy—if they send it out, in this example by a word curse—but it has nowhere to land—guess what? It bounces back onto them.

This is WHY sin, and the concept of open doors and agreements, are so vital to your well-being and success in life, health, wealth, and success. It’s not, “Ooohhh, I’m so holy,” or “Oh, I’m so much better than people.” It has nothing to do with how other people see it or making you better than anyone. It equals: I am protected. I have no open doors. There is no cause for any curse to land on me, which equals: I am the only one who can control my life with the power of words. Only my words hold power over me and I have no open doors for others to use the power of words against me.

Let that sink in and really think about what it means to come into agreement with sin and open doors—not to be a “better you,” but in order to protect yourself. Because the WORD is alive, and it can curse you if you have come into agreement with anything that leaves your free will of consent open to “invite” in what is sent to you.

By closing doors—removing sin, ignorance, or harmful agreements—you neutralize the effects of curses and protect your spiritual sovereignty.
