Sending Clear Instructions

You are in control of your character, so let's instruct it—let's instruct the Universe—let's be certain. An instruction is an order, and you are sending orders out when you speak.

Affirmations are instructions and are orders you are going to craft in the form of direct, certain, and specific statements that reflect you already having what you are ordering.

Imagine the Universe is a chef in a restaurant kitchen. You're sitting at a table with a menu. You just need to order what you want. The choice is up to you! Your order goes to the kitchen and is delivered just as you ordered. The order was your invitation. You don't second guess when you go to a restaurant that you won't get what you ordered. So, why do you doubt yourself when you place your order in life?

You will get what you ask for, just as you asked for it. Providing clear instructions to the Universe means it’s going to have an easier time helping you out.

Inconsistencies in your instruction can confuse the Universe and can cause it to bring you the wrong thing, or nothing. Sending contradictory messages can be dangerous. You can also attract things into your life that you do not desire by not strategically focusing on your words and thoughts. I have experienced this several times. Sending clear instructions is so important!

When something shows up that you did not actually desire, it is called creation by default. In life, a lot is created by default. This occurs when you don’t know how to send instructions, or you don't really overstand how they work.

As we discussed, a great way to overstand the idea of instructions is to use a restaurant analogy. You are the customer sitting at the table, sending orders back to the kitchen. The Universe is the chef in the kitchen. If you don’t place your order, nothing will arrive on your table. You have to say exactly what kind of sandwich you want along with how you expect it to arrive (grilled, for example, with or without lettuce). If you say that you are celiac and allergic to wheat but order a burger, you must expect that you are not going to get a standard burger in response. What might arrive is a burger without a bun, in a lettuce wrap, or with something else replacing the standard bun because a standard burger with a bun does not align with your request. If you say you’re vegan, the restaurant can’t send you a standard meat burger. Any responses from the Universe will match your order as specically as you send it. This is not only something you need to expect when you are receiving responses but something to overstand and use in the very design of your instructions. It's really important to be clear.

You are going to order, and you do not expect the kitchen to send your order out wrong. No, you expect it to come out correct. You are now going to order from the Universe with the same expectation of correctness. So let's get your instructions crystal clear because you can have exactly what you want. Be clear—think this through.

Art of asking—when asking for something or wanting to attract it into your life, whether it be a person, a thing, an accomplishment—anything, really—it's all about asking and then planning for its arrival. Ask for what you want and be prepared to get it. Because the subconscious mind only lives in the present, instructions as affirmations are the best way to program it. Once you get your vision concrete in the subconscious, you will no longer be battling yourself on what direction you are going.
