Today we are talking DIY energetic protection kit! Protecting your energy is crucial to your mental and physical health because it is the ultimate determinant of your overall happiness. We give a lot of ourselves away every day, at work, to our friends, our loved ones. We need to recognize that our needs are just as important as everyone else's. Protect your energy.

In my DIY kit I've included Obsidian, Black tourmaline and Shungite, raw Shungite, Jade, Sage, Palo Santo, Selenite, incense and Himalayan salt for bathing. Shamanic alchemy is an amazing book I picked up as well!
