Instructions: As you delete your photos and go through them, I encourage you to:
- Sort them by year, then review.
- As you cleanse, reflect on how far you have come.
Attached is a download to print off. Fill one out for each year or month you review. This will be an extremely powerful response feedback of fact and not story – we often do not recognize all we have done and how far we have come in things we work on daily. When reviewing year over year, it is very easy to spot progress!
Content You Have Sent Out
Did you know you can take back the photos and links you have sent out in iMessages? Ya, this was a huge discovery for me! Ever wonder what you have floating out there in the ether in iMessage? Let me help you figure that out! Go into Apple Storage, click Memory, and click Messages. Take your power back – remove your content from where you do not want it.
Emails
Get them in order! Your mission is inbox ZERO! – to get your email box empty – this will create a sense of being on top of your work and thus provide feedback to the Universe that you have everything handled and yes, you can accept more – more opportunities and more doors opening. When we are not on top of what is already in our game, there is no room for new. Email has become such an integrated part of our lives, and we need to reframe that it is literally an extension of ourselves and our level of organization in life. Remember, organization is your friend.
Once your inbox is empty, moving forward you will:
- Respond, deal with, or resolve
- Sort or delete
Your inbox moving forward will only have in it what you have not dealt with that needs to be addressed. Once added, it gets sorted or deleted.
