YOU ARE BEING MISUNDERSTOOD

You are misaligned; you do not match your projection, and it is costing your soul. How do you fix this? Match your real self to your social self to feel aligned. The false personification of oneself is dividing and fragmenting the self. And it is the cause of the pressure and comparison; it is the source of the “I’m not good enough”; when we are out of alignment we feel like frauds. If you want to feel confident, portray yourself authentically; the soul feels best when it is itself. When it is wearing a mask or out of alignment, this is an act that is hard for the soul to keep up. It becomes exhausting and will break you down. Try it – watch the anxiety around yourself resolve as you begin to come into alignment with your Digital Soul.

alignment (noun)

The act of aligning or state of being aligned. especially the proper positioning or state of adjustment of parts (as of a mechanical or electronic device) in relation to each other.

No, this doesn't mean you need to be raw or hang your dirty laundry. It could show up as instead of posting a selfie to get someone’s or everyone's attention (do not worry, we all do it), you post a picture of your dog or cat that you love and actually spend thirty minutes a day cuddling with him because in all reality he is your main man. Start highlighting what you love and let your personality shine through – this alignment is a powerful one.

Constant exposure to fabricated realities in the online world can distort our perception of self. Continuous exposure to idealized lives can lead to unrealistic expectations for one's own life and may result in dissatisfaction or even feelings of inadequacy when we compare our lives to the idealized lives of others seen online.

These false realities also have an impact on our social interactions. Relationships built on or influenced by these idealized portrayals often lack true depth and authenticity, risking the formation of connections that are valued more for their surface appeal than for meaningful, heartfelt exchanges. It's crucial to build and cherish relationships based on genuine connections, rather than those rooted only in the superficial. Ask yourself, what relationships in your life are superficial? Which are based on genuine connection?
