HOW TO BLOCK ENERGETIC SPYING

Anyone attempting to watch you through divination needs an access point, just as a hacker needs an entry into a computer system. The most effective defense is sealing your energy field and removing any existing connections.

One way to do this is to cut spiritual cords. Whether someone has spied on you intentionally or not, a form of connection exists. You can break it by declaring aloud, “I revoke all access to my energy.
