SNOW WHITE
Snow White’s story is another example of an attempted destiny swap, where an envious usurper seeks to remove the rightful heir and take her place. The Evil Queen knows she cannot match Snow White’s natural beauty, innocence, and favor, so she plots to eliminate her entirely.
Recognizing the Destiny Swap
- Snow White is born with favor as the true heir to the throne.
- The Queen seeks to be the fairest, not by earning favor, but by removing her competition.
- Disguised malice is used to lure Snow White into danger, much like in real life when someone pretends to help while plotting your downfall.
Where Consent Was Given Through Trickery
Step 1: Creating the Illusion of Lack
The Queen convinces Snow White that she is unsafe in her own kingdom, forcing her into hiding and making her see her beauty and birthright as a curse.
Step 2: Presenting as a Helper
The Queen, in disguise, offers the poisoned apple as a gift. Snow White accepts willingly, not realizing it will take her out of the picture entirely.
Step 3: Sealing the Swap
The poisoned apple puts Snow White into a powerless state, allowing the Queen to rule without challenge. In life, manipulators often “put people to sleep” emotionally or mentally so they can’t reclaim their place.
Reversing the Swap
Snow White’s restoration comes through timing, truth, and intervention. She wakes, reclaims her rightful place, and the Queen’s false reign collapses.
The Lesson
- Recognize your worth before others convince you to hide it.
- Be cautious of gifts or advice that seem helpful but come with hidden costs.
- Even if you’ve been sidelined, you can wake up and reclaim your position.
- Usurpers eventually fall because they cannot sustain what isn’t theirs.
