It's crazy, but every time I redo my Vision Board - it creates a total reset of my energy. Just as I hung it back on my bedroom wall did I begin to feel like myself again.

I'm seeing humans again and even having some laughs.. yup, I'm back!

Leanne and I took the fur babies to the local viewpoint for a little brainstorming and fresh air. We've got some big goals lined up for the next 6 months in our business @vainandvine and Leanne, and I love to walk and talk! Walking and talking is one of the best ways to have business meetings.

Vain & Vine is celebrating some new wins! We are now carried at The Habit Project https://thehabitproject.ca/, and our labels are getting an upgrade! Time to add in some colour! I am feeling full of life and energy again, and it is starting to reflect in my creative projects.

My evening activity was making Astragalus and Triphala capsules.
